Four nice sized bedrooms. Especially large master. In the master you'll have a king adjustable bed. In room 2 also a king adjustable bed. In room 3 you have a queen with a twin trundle below. In room 4 you have a queen. There is a pool table room and formal dining. Lastly a breakfast nook off the chef's kitchen and large living room. This house comes with a huge pool with swim up bar with four in the water barstools. Tiki Hut and spa. Also a covered firepit for those winter nights.

No parties or guests not on your reservation. No smoking in the home or you will be required to pay a $500 smoking fee. No pets unless authorized prior and deposit is paid. NO GARAGE ACCESS UNLESS RENTED FOR 30+ DAYS. Pool/Spa heater and lights are broken. There is a security camera outside the showing only the driveway to ensure protection of the property and your vehicles.
