This island get away is exactly what you need for a laid back and relaxing vacation with your family or friends. This beach house is literally 5 mins walk to the beach. This two bedroom, one bathroom has plenty of space to stretch out. Great area with always something going on. Farmers Markets, OysterFest, Breweries, Dive Bars, Restaurants, Festivals, etc all a short bike ride or drive. This is for the unit on the left. The unit on the right is a long term renter.

A spacious 2 bedroom and one bath unit. Good size living and kitchen. Plenty of space on each bedroom as well. Nice outdoor patio with a shower for those evening barbecues. This is for the unit B on the left. The unit on the right is a long term renter.

Magnifique petit endroit où séjourner, le fait de pouvoir aller à la plage à pied était un énorme avantage, tout comme s'endormir au son des vagues. Je recommanderais cet endroit si vous cherchez une escapade paisible sur une île. Beautiful little place to stay, walking to the beach was a huge plus and so was falling asleep to the sounds of the waves. I’d recommend this location if you want a peaceful island get away.

La maison de Johnny est un magnifique cottage de plage avec de grandes pièces spacieuses, idéalement située. Elle se trouve à distance de marche de la plage et à quelques minutes en voiture de plusieurs restaurants branchés. Il était facilement joignable pour répondre à toutes nos questions. Johnny's place is a beautiful beach cottage with big spacious rooms in an ideal location. It is walking distance to the beach and a quick drive to several trendy restaurants. He was readily available to answer any questions.

Du moment où nous avons réservé jusqu'à notre départ, Johnny n'aurait pas pu être meilleur. La maison était propre, le quartier calme et il ne fallait que 3 minutes à pied pour rejoindre les plages. Pour les plats à emporter, les restaurants, la vie nocturne et le shopping, tout était à moins de 2 miles et nous n'avons jamais eu besoin de quitter l'île. Nous avons hâte de revenir l'année prochaine. From the minute we booked to the Minute we checked out Johnny could not have been better. House was clean, neighborhood quiet and it was a 3 minute walk to beaches. From takeout, to restaurants, nightlife and shopping we were within 2 miles and never had to leave island. Look forward to staying again next year.

Nous louons sur l'île depuis plus de 10 ans maintenant et l'endroit de Johnny est probablement le meilleur rapport qualité-prix que nous ayons trouvé. Emplacement idéal. Des appareils électroménagers de qualité que l'on trouve rarement dans une location et une télévision exceptionnelle. La terrasse à l'arrière dispose d'un grand canapé d'angle que nous avons souvent utilisé. Et un hôte incomparable. Nous reviendrons. We have rented on the island for over 10 years now and Johnny's place is probably the best value yet. Great location. Quality appliances you rarely find in a rental and an outstanding TV. The patio in the back has a large sectional sofa we used often. And a host second to none. We'll be back.

Plenty of parking in the front. Getting around is easy. You can drive your own car but if you prefer you can uber or lyft. We also will be bringing bikes to allow guests to get around the island.
